Best Smoked Deviled Eggs


  • Eggs
  • Killer Hogs Seasoning
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Best Foods Mayonnaise 
  • Mustard
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Sugar
  • Salt 
  • Peper
  • Bacon Grease OR Butter
  • 3/4lb Bacon
  • Jalapenos Chopped Fine
  • Sliced Picked Onions
  • Cooked, Chopped Brisket


Step 1

Boil eggs and pop yoke out into a mixing bowl


Step 2

Cook bacon until crunchy and then chop up fine


Step 3

Put bacon, pickled onions, jalapenos, chopped brisket, ¾ cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of mustard, ¼-½ cup of bacon grease, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoon killer hogs seasoning into mixing bowl with egg yolks and thoroughly mix together


Step 4

Fill all egg white halves with the yolk mix and put onto a trey and lightly dust the top with some smoked paprika seasoning


Step 5

Cold smoke eggs for 45 minutes (or just eat them because you don’t want to wait)
