Perfect Ribeye Steaks


  • Ribeye Steak 
  • Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Kinders – Waster Salt Seasoning
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Internal Meet Thermometer


Step 1

Rub ribeyes with melted butter

Step 2

Seasoning ribeye medium thick on both sides with montreal steak seasoning, pepper, and kinders waster salt seasoning

Step 3

Let steak rest for 45 minutes to and hour for seasoning to soak in

Step 4

Heat smoker up to 250F for 20-30 minutes (keep internal temp around 115F)

Step 5

Turn flat grill up to medium high and butter it

Step 6

Put the steak on the grill and butter them, don’t be afraid to load up – butter is your friend (try to keep internal temp around 127F and under for medium rare)

Step 7

Cook 5-7 minutes on each side
