Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bombs

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast
  • Sprite
  • Soy Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Diced Ham
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Gouda Cheese
  • 1 block Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Grease OR Butter
  • 1lb Bacon

Directions

Step 1

Marinate chicken overnight in 1 part sprite, 1 part soy sauce, ¼ part olive oil, 2 tablespoons horseradish, 2 tablespoons garlic powder

 

Step 2

Put diced ham, diced marinated chicken, diced pepper jack cheese, bacon, become grease or butter, and diced gouda cheese in blender until chunky smooth

 

Step 3

Cut a pocket into the chicken breast, do not cut all the way through

 

Step 4

Cut a pocket into the chicken breast, do not cut all the way through

 

Step 5

Stuff as much blended mix as you can into each chicken breast and wrap completely in bacon

 

Step 6

Smoke at 300F for 30 minutes (or until internal temp reaches 165F)
