Beef Stock / Au Jus Sauce
Ingredients
- Prime Rib Bones
- Chopped Corn
- Chopped Celery
- 1/4 cup Minced Garlic
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Grill Mates
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Prime Rib Seasoning
Directions
Step 1
Fill large pot 1/2 full with half water and have beef broth
Step 2
Put in prime rib bones, chopped celery, chopped corn, garlic, mccormick montreal steak seasoning and prime rib seasoning
Step 3
Bring up to a boil and let simmer for at least 6 hours
Step 4
Strain the stock into a jar and you are ready to go
