Best & Easiest Chicken Cordon Blue


  • Chicken Breast
  • Thin Sliced Ham
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Pepper jack cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Honey Hog Seasoning
  • Killer Bees Honey Seasoning


Step 1

Set smoker for 250

Step 2

Grab a piece of ham and place provolone, pepper jack, and mozzarella cheese on top of ham. Roll it up

Step 3

Cut a hole in the middle of your chicken breast. You are just going to take your knife, and cut right in the middle, going as deep as you can without puncturing the outside. (See video)

Step 4

Stuff rolled ham and cheese in the chicken breast.

Step 5

Season them with Killer bees honey, and honey hog seasoning.

Step 6

Place in the smoker at 250 for 45 minutes (On cookie sheet)

Step 7

Take sauce and place it on the top (optional)

Step 8

Place back on the smoker at 350 for another 40 minutes or until finished. (internal temp 165)
