Best Smoked Meetloaf ever
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Hamburger
- 1 pound Mild Italian Sausage
- 1 cup Cooked Bacon
- 1 cup Sautéed Onions
- 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Large Mixing Bowl
- 2 tablespoons Grill Mates Montreal
- Steak Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Beef Seasoning
- 1 cup Panko
- 3 Bread Pans
- Saran Wrap
- BBQ Sauce
Directions
Step 1
Mix hamburger, sausage, onions, bacon, garlic, worcestershire sauce, and parmesan cheese into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly
Step 2
Mix 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of cream and 1 teaspoon of horseradish sauce and mix into meat mix
Step 3
Put steak seasoning, cajun seasoning, and beef seasoning on meat and mix thoroughly
Step 4
Mix 1 1/2 cups panko into meat mix
Step 5
Put saran wrap in bottom of bread tins
Step 6
Put meat mix evenly into 3 bread tins with saran wrap underneath
Step 7
Place all meatloafs into the fridge covered for 2+ hours
Step 8
Take the loafs out of the pans and set onto a thin mesh rack in smoker
Step 9
Put onto smoker for 1 hour at 230F
Step 10
Turn smoker up to 325F for another hour
Step 11
Put BBQ sauce evenly over the top of meatloaf and cook at 325F for another 10 minutes
Step 12
Take off of the smoker, and enjoy!
