Bottled Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- Chicken Breast
- Quart Sized Jars
- Paper Towels
- Pressure Canner
- Salt
Directions
Step 1
Clean all jars thoroughly
Step 2
Wipe jar lid and and rings with paper towel
Step 3
Fill the jar with chicken breasts.
Step 4
Put one teaspoon of salt in the jar
Step 5
Place jars into pressure canner at 10lbs pressure for 90 minutes (75 minutes for pints)
Step 6
Turn pressure cooker off and weight until pressure gauge reaches zero before removing lid
