Halibut Tacos With Homemade Sauce
Ingredients
Homemade Fish Dip
- 1/2 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pickles
- 1/2 cup Chopped White Onions
- 2 tablespoons Spicy Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Best Foods Spicy
- Dipping Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 3 teaspoons Garlic Siracha
- Halibut Filet
- Uncooked Tortillas
- Apple Wood Smoked Olive Oil
- Cajun Stinger Seasoning
- Favorite Fish/Seafood Seasoning
Directions
Step 1
Rub Apple Wood Smoked Olive Oil over Halibut Filets
Step 2
Sprinkle a little Cajun Stinger, and SeaFood Seasoning. Season both sides
Step 3
Smoke at 250 until the internal temperature reaches 118-123 Do not overcook
Step 4
Chop up Halibut
Step 5
Cook the uncooked tortillas in a frying pan, add your fish and your favorite toppings e.g. Tomato, Cabbage. Don’t forget the sauce, it’s money!
