Hibachi Steak & Vegetables, Chicken Fried Rice, & Shrimp with Pad Thai Noodles
Ingredients
Hibachi Steak & Vegetables
- Smoked Tri Tip
- Chopped Broccoli
- Chopped White Onions
- Chopped Carrots
- Chopped Zucchini
- Chopped Peppers
- Chopped Asparagus
- Vegetable Oil
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 1/3 cup La Choy Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Minced Garlic
- 1 bottle La Choy Teriyaki Sauce
- Habanero Seasoning
Chicken Fried Rice
- Teriyaki Marinated Chicken
- Chopped White Onions
- Chopped Carrots
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup La Choy Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 6 cups Rice
- La Choy Teriyaki Sauce
- 4 eggs Eggs
Shrimp With Pad Thai Noodles
- Pad Thai Noodles
- Vegetable Oil
- Uncooked Shrimp
- Pad Thai Sauce
- Butter
- 7UP
- Shrimp Seasoning (Old Bay)
Directions
Hibachi Steak & Vegetables
Step 1
Smoke tri-tip at 250F for an hour and 10 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 125F)
Step 2
Cut tri-tip into bite-sized strips
Step 3
Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces and mix into a large bowl
Step 4
Oil flat grill and put vegetables onto flat grill
Step 5
Mix garlic, butter, and soy sauce together (MUST be La Choy Soy Sauce to be gluten free, or other gluten free soy sauce)
Step 6
Put into vegetables and stir it in thoroughly
Step 7
After 5 minutes of cooking, pour teriyaki sauce evenly over vegetables (MUST be La Choy Teriyaki Sauce to be gluten free, or other gluten free soy sauce)
Step 8
Season vegetables lightly with habanero sauce
Step 9
Oil flat grill and put cut tri-tip onto grill and cook on each side
Step 10
Season and sauce evenly with montreal steak seasoning and teriyaki sauce
Step 11
Cook everything together then take all vegetables and meat off and enjoy
Chicken Fried Rice
Step 1
Steam rice the night before and let dry out in the fridge
Step 2
Mix butter, soy sauce, and garlic together
Step 3
Dice carrots and onion
Step 4
Cube chicken into bite-sized pieces
Step 5
Oil flat grill and saute onions and carrots
Step 6
Put one fourth of your butter, soy sauce, and garlic mix onto vegetables and mix around thoroughly (MUST be La Choy Soy Sauce to be gluten free, or other gluten free soy sauce)
Step 7
Oil flat grill and put rice on and mix in the remaining amount of butter, garlic, and soy sauce mix
Step 8
Mix in carrots and onions
Step 9
Mix in teriyaki sauce thoroughly (MUST be La Choy Teriyaki Sauce to be gluten free, or other gluten free soy sauce)
Step 10
Cook scrambled eggs before mixing into rice
Step 11
After 5 minutes, put chicken on flat grill
Step 12
Cook until chicken is all cooked thoroughly
Step 13
Mix rice and chicken together and put into a bowl and enjoy
Shrimp with Pad Thai Noodles
Step 1
Soak noodles in water 30 minutes beforehand
Step 2
Marinate shrimp in shrimp seasoning and butter
Step 3
Oil flat grill and put noodles on
Step 4
Mix pad thai sauce thoroughly into noodles (MUST be gluten free pad thai sauce to be gluten free)
Step 5
Put shrimp onto flat grill (don’t over cook)
Step 6
Season shrimp and noodles evenly with pad thai seasoning
Step 7
Stir together and serve.
