Homemade Smoked Salsa


  •  10 whole and 10 diced Tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 diced and 2 whole Jalapenos
  • 2 cut in half Lemons
  • 2 cut in half Limes
  • 1 bag Fiesta Brand Chiles
  • 2 cans Canned Corn
  • Cilantro


Step 1

Mix tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos together

Step 2

Squeeze juice from all limes and lemons into mix

Step 3

Smoke 10 tomatoes, 2 corn of the cob, and ½ cup garlic cloves for 1 hour at 250F

Step 4

Put all smoked items into a blender with the cilantro and blend it together

Step 5

Make sure you let smoked vegetables cool before mixing

Step 6

Once cooled, mix smoked vegetables together with fresh jalapeno, tomato, onion mix

Step 7

Take a chip and dip it in there for mucho flavor!
