Mega Bacon Wrapped Meatballs


  • Chopped White Onions
  • Bacon
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Brown Sugar
  • Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning
  • Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple Seasoning
  • Grill Mates Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning
  • Weber Kickin Chicken Seasoning
  • 2 lbs Ground Hamburger
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage


Step 1

Saute onions in bacon grease

Step 2

Mix meats together in large bowl

Step 3

Mix in cheese and seasoning

Step 4

Form meat into meatballs and wrap in a piece of bacon

Step 5

Place all meatballs in tins for an hour in fridge to help set the shape

Step 6

Cook all meatballs in tins smoke at 275F for 1hr 15 min (give or take)
