Mega Bacon Wrapped Meatballs
Ingredients
- Chopped White Onions
- Bacon
- Cheddar Cheese
- Brown Sugar
- Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- Shichimi Togarashi Seasoning
- Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple Seasoning
- Grill Mates Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- Weber Kickin Chicken Seasoning
- 2 lbs Ground Hamburger
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
Directions
Step 1
Saute onions in bacon grease
Step 2
Mix meats together in large bowl
Step 3
Mix in cheese and seasoning
Step 4
Form meat into meatballs and wrap in a piece of bacon
Step 5
Place all meatballs in tins for an hour in fridge to help set the shape
Step 6
Cook all meatballs in tins smoke at 275F for 1hr 15 min (give or take)
