Poor Man’s Burnt Ends
Ingredients
- Chuck Roast
- Beef Seasoning
- BBQ Sauce
Directions
Step 1
Remove all bones
Step 2
Cube Chuck Roast 1” cubes or bigger
Step 3
Put directly on the smoker
Step 4
Smoke at 250F for 2 hours
Step 5
Take cubes off smoker and put into a half tin pan
Step 6
Pour BBQ sauce over burnt ends
Step 7
Mix them around to completely cover chunks
Step 8
Sprinkle seasoning over burnt ends
Step 9
Smoke for another hour in a half tin uncovered
