Smoked Beef Short Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 Beef Short Ribs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Seasoning
- Beef Seasoning
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 cup Au Jus Sauce
- Tin pan
- Tin Foil
Directions
Step 1
Season ribs evenly on both sides with salt pepper and garlic
Step 2
Season ribs evenly on both sides with beef seasoning (use your favorite or SPG)
Step 3
Season ribs evenly on both sides with montreal steak seasoning
Step 4
Let ribs sit for ½ hour before putting them in the smoker
Step 5
Smoke ribs for 4 ½ hours at 250F
Step 6
Remove short ribs and place in a tin pan face up
Step 7
Pour 1 cup au jus sauce into tin pan and wrap tin pan in tin foil
Step 8
Place back into smoker at 275F for 3 plus hours (until probe tender)
Step 9
Let them rest for 20 minutes & serve with your favorite BBQ Sauce.
