Smoked Corned Beef and Cabbage
Ingredients
- Corned beef rounds/brisket packages
- Potatoes
- Cabbage
- Carrots
- Butter
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Holy Voodoo Seasoning
Directions
Step 1
Take meat out of package, rinse it off good and smoke at 230F for 1 ½ to 2 hrs then wrap in tin foil and smoke at 275F for about 2 ½ hrs
Step 2
Cut out the core of Cabbages and season the hole and fill with butter
Step 3
Wrap the bottom of the cabbage with tin foil then smoke it at 230 for 1 ½ hours then wrap the whole cabbage in tin foil and smoke at 275 for 2 ½ hours
Step 4
Dice the meat into small pieces
Step 5
Cut the cabbages in to small pieces
Step 6
Dice the potatoes/carrots and boil them in water for about 15 minutes
Step 7
Mix everything in the walk or black stone and heat it up & serve
