Smoked Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • Lobster Tails
  • *2 cubes melted* Butter With Some Butter and a Little Bit of Butter
  • Cajun Stinger Seasoning
  •  Old Bay Seasoning
  • Kinders – The Seafood Blend Seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Cut down the side of the tail shell and peel off shell underneath OR put right down the idle of the shell twice to make a strip of shell to pull out, then pull lobster meat out the top and leave it connected

Step 2

Reach under shell to hold meat and pull meat out (watch video for better understanding)

Step 3

Mix 2 cubes melted butter, 1 tablespoon of kinders – the seafood blend, 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of cajun stinger

Step 4

Pour some butter seasoning mix into small bowl for covering lobster tails, then put each lobster tail in mix and place back in shell

Step 5

Baste extra butter bath on top of lobster tail once it’s in the shell

Step 6

Put in a smoker at 350F and baste again at 5 minutes for about 10-12 minutes (do not overcook!!!) make sure the internal is not over 125-130F

Step 7

Enjoy your butter with a side of lobster
