Smoked Prime Rib Sliders


  • prime rib
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Hawaiian Rolls
  • Horseradish Sauce
  • Best Foods Mayonnaise


Step 1

Trim just a bit of fat off

Step 2

Season prime rib thoroughly

Step 3

Cook at 230F for about 3 hrs until internal hits 125F (check temp after an 1 ½ hours)

Step 4

Take out of smoker and wrap in tin foil and let sit for 40 minutes

Step 5

Cut thin slices

Step 6

Serve on rolls with horseradish sauce
