Smoked Swineapple


  • Pineapple
  • Bacon
  • Brown Sugar
  • Pulled Pork
  • Korean BBQ Sauce
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Skewers


Step 1

Marinate pork chunks in teriyaki sauce and korean bbq sauce or your favorite seasoning

Step 2

Chop both ends off of pineapple and keep those ends

Step 3

Carve out pineapple core

Step 4

Shave off exterior skin of pineapple

Step 5

Lather inside and outside with brown sugar

Step 6

Wrap exterior of pineapple with one layer of bacon bacon and some more bacon weave

Step 7

Use toothpicks to hold loose bacon ends

Step 8

Put pineapple on bottom to hold in your stuffing ingredients, then stuff inside of pineapple with uncooked marinated pork chunks until completely full and put crown back on top to seal pineapple

Step 9

Use a few large skewers to hold pineapple together without splitting it (we used 3)

Step 10

Put on smoker at 275F for 3 hours (or until internal temp is at least 145F)

Step 11

Take off, throw top and bottom away and slice and eat that nutritious swineapple goodness
